Tina Stubbs

Head of Nurture & Nature

Background

Tina founded a children’s wellbeing business focused on building healthy habits, which evolved into delivering outdoor learning programmes for schools, clubs, and charities. This path led her to Thailand, where she now serves as Head of Nurture & Nature at an inclusive international school, championing neurodiversity and holistic wellbeing for all children.

Expertise

Tina specialises in creating outdoor learning spaces and programmes that help children and young people grow through nature-led experiences. Her approach is child-led: she provides tools, structure, and gentle guidance, then creates the conditions for initiative and imagination to thrive - supporting confidence, resilience, and critical thinking.

Connection to the Mission

Tina is excited to be part of the PeacePath® Circle because it brings together like-minded people who care deeply about supporting both neurodiverse and neurotypical children. For her, “finding peace in the little sounds” is found in the natural world, especially the elements and birdsong. She hopes to contribute by sharing lived, practical insight from supporting neurodiversity outdoors, and by offering a perspective on how neurodiversity is understood and supported within another country and school culture.

Lived Experience & Insights

Tina’s work is rooted in a simple, powerful principle: giving children space to be who they are. She has seen that peaceful, sensory-friendly spaces are not a “nice-to-have”, they are as essential as play areas, offering a sanctuary many children need in order to feel safe, regulated, and ready to engage.

Vision & Impact

Tina is inspired by the potential of sound, science, and storytelling coming together, especially because storytelling and sound are some of humanity’s oldest tools for connection and learning. Looking ahead, she believes the noticing shift will come from more collaboration like the PeacePath® Circle - sharing diverse experiences and knowledge to build better, more responsive support and tools for sensitive and neurodiverse children.

Fun Fact

Tina once washed The Beatles' Ringo Starr’s hair.
