2. Parent or Guardian Responsibility

Accounts must be created by a parent, guardian or educator aged 18 or over.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of the platform.

3. Personal Information

We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children without parental consent.

Any account information collected is provided by the parent or guardian.

4. Safe Content Design

HushAway® content is designed to be supportive, age‑appropriate and focused on emotional wellbeing.

5. If We Discover Child Data

If we discover that personal information has been collected from a child without appropriate consent we will delete that information promptly.
